When practicing Waves of the Universe we imagine our hands tracing a vertical ellipse throught the space in front of us. The path of our hands represents the highs, the lows, and the transitions between them that often come with major life events such as birth, death, beginnings and endings of relationships, educational milestones, changes in work circumstance, and relocation of living accomodations. These events can have significant impact on our emotional stability and leave us feeling as if life is out of control.
